Previously owned. The total Arc Count is at 115 (shown in photos). Light scratches/wear can be seen on the fusion splicer from past use and handling, including on the surface of the display. At the top the orange paint is cracking and flaking off. The Fusion Splicer powers on and is functional; touch-screen is in working order; all features of the fusion splicer have not been seen tested in actual conditions/applications.
