It's housed in an RF-tight, vinyl-clad metal enclosure, designed to minimize noise and interference without the need to open the cover for adjustments. The front panel allows easy access to a variety of settings, including frequency, audio volume with 256 steps, RF output power, and a balance setting for audio level adjustments. The LCD also provides a "Quality of Signal" indicator to assist in optimizing sound quality, with all configurations saved in non-volatile memory. The kit is equipped with EMI filters on audio and power inputs to enhance performance, a microstrip PCB inductor for reduced microphonics, and utilizes standard RCA connectors for audio input, with RF output managed through a shielded BNC connector on the rear panel.
