A moderate amount of scratches and scuff marks can be seen all throughout the beer sign from past use and handling. One screw is missing at the top. There appears to be no dimmer or switch-- lights up as soon as you plug it in. The light is dim and so the bulbs may need to be replaced. See pictures for details.
