The circular saw is in fairly good condition that has some mild surface wear, many scratches on the blade guard and many heavy scratches and traces of rust below the stand. *PLEASE NOTE* The battery does connect, but the release clip on the battery is jammed so it can easily be pulled without pushing the clip. The circular saw has been tested and has no issues.
