This 3/8" ratchet is previously owned and it is overall in fair condition. The drive has some wear lines and discoloration on it from past use. The tool has several small, light scratches on it, especially on the head. The head also has spots on it. The underside of the head has some brown staining near its top right corner. The plastic on the base of the handle is scuffed and chipped and has black stains on it. See photos for details.
