Previously owned. This nailer has been tested and it works. The top of the tool has scuffs and scratch marks as well as some black stains closer to the tip. There are also some scratch marks on the bottom of the handle and on the battery chamber. The metal around the tip of the tool has a few rust spots, and the orange tip of the tool is covered with scratches and dirt stains. There are some chips in the black paint on the magazine. The charger has a black spot and dirt stains on the top of it. The hard case is covered with dirt stains and has black marker stains on the top underneath the handle. See photos for details.
