Previously owned. This laser level has been tested and it works. The red plastic on the laser level has faint black staining on it, and there are two black marker stains above and below the logo. The rubber on the top of the tool has a gray scuff mark on the top right corner. The top of the tool also has scratches on the plastic piece with the REDLITHIUM USB logo.
