This impact driver is previously owned and it shows signs of wear and use. The impact driver has been tested and it works. The tool is covered with scratches, scuffs, and black stains from past use, with heavy scuffing on the metal on its head. The rubber on the head of the tool is worn and missing in places, and the rubber on the handle has a tear on it. The chuck has some rust spots on it. Like the tool, the battery is covered with scratches. See photos for details.
