Previously owned. This impact driver has been tested and it works. The tool has brown dirt stains and scuffs on it, especially on the top of the tool and around the trigger. The metal on the head of the tool has scratches and chips along its edges. The chuck has some scratches on it as well. The rubber on the back of the head of the tool has a crack on top of it. The underside of the handle has black marker writing and dirt stains where the battery attaches. The battery has wear lines and smudges on top of it. The front of the battery has white stains on it, and the back of the battery has red stains on it. The bottom of the battery is missing its label. See photos for details.
