Previously owned. This Milwaukee charger and battery have been tested and they work. The charger has black spots, marks, and scratches on top of it and on its sides. The bottom of the charger has a brown stain near the top right corner. The battery ports have wear lines in them. The battery is heavily scratched and has small scratches on all sides of it. the top of the battery has brown dirt stains and wear lines where it attaches. The rubber on the battery is torn and fraying around its edges. The bottom of battery also has green stains on it. See photos for details.
