Previously owned. These power tools have been tested and they work. Both tools have white stains and marks on them. The impact driver has some light scratches on the plastic at the tip of the tool. The metal tip on the drill/driver is covered with light scratches. The battery has a white spot on its right release button and worn spots on its bottom. The outside of the case has light scratches on it and scuffing along its bottom edges. See photos for details.
