Previously owned. This oscillating multi-tool has been tested and it works. The power tool is in great condition and lows minimal signs of use. There is a bit of extra plastic on one of the vents, but it does not obstruct anything, and there is a slight scratch above where the battery attaches on the front of the power tool.
