Previously owned. This impact wrench has been tested and it works. The metal on the head of the tool has several black marks and scratches on it, and the tip of the tool has black residue around it. The yellow plastic on the tool has some dirt and scratch marks on it, and the letters and paint on the logo are scratched. The battery is also covered with scratches and has a marker stains on the front and on the top. See photos for details.
