Previously owned. This stud and joist drill has been tested and it works. The tool has brown dirt stains and dust residue on it from past use. The left side of the tool has small white spot stains on it. The tip of the tool has brown stains, rust spots, and residue on it. The sides of the top handle have scratches. The nuts on the sides of the tool have rust spots on them. The auxiliary handle has rust patches and wear lines one its metal shaft, and the handle has white and brown marks and stains on it.
