Previously owned. This jump starter has been tested and it works. The jump starter is covered with small scratches and scuff marks, with heavier scuffs on the sides where the clamps are stored, on the underside of the jump starter, and on the back under where the air hose attaches and near the power switch. The jump starter is also covered with black stains, especially on the grip of the handle. The clamps show signs of use and the rubber on their tips is worn and frayed. There is rust on the tip of the air hose.
