Previously owned. This jump starter has been tested and it works. The display on the top of the jump starter has scratches and smudges on it, especially around the center. The bottom of the jump starter also has several scratches on it as well as a sticker stuck to it. The rubber around the edges of the battery has scratches, scuffs, and worn spots on its sides.
