Insurance
We strongly recommend you consider purchasing shipping insurance for higher value items as we are not responsible for any damage or lost shipments of your product in transit. Once your item is in our possession, we are responsible for it. If you were to cancel the transaction you will be paying for return shipping and once it leaves our facility, it will be your responsibility. We will provide you with the tracking number of the shipment for your records.
Testing & Final Valuation
We will thoroughly test and evaluate your item(s) when once received. A final valuation will be determined and provided to you by Email or Text. We prefer Text for immediate attention by both you and us.
Service & Pricing
Our goal is to ensure timely communication throughout the entire process to keep you informed. We will promptly test and evaluate your item(s) and provide a final valuation within an hour or so from receiving your item.
Payment
Your final value Loan or Sale proceeds will be sent to you via check by mail. Electronic transfer will be available soon using an app-based payment system.
Rejected Offers
Please note that once you have accepted our quote and you have shipped your item to us, if you decide to reject our final valuation offer for any reason, whether changing your mind or cases where our offer is less than the quote provided due to unseen damage not disclosed by you in the quote or pickup process, your item will be shipped back to you at your cost. We will provide a cost to ship the item and a method for you to pay the shipping before we pack and ship it to you.
Gold Items: If you are pawning or selling any gold items, your email will contain "GOLD STANDARD" information as required by MN State Law.
