Checkout: After completing checkout, your card will be charged and you will receive an email confirming your order.
We make every effort to update our website hourly to avoid duplicate sales in stores and on our site. However, it is possible that an item could sell and still be on our site within the hour. In the event that the item(s) in your order have been sold, we will notify you by email and promptly refund your card.
Sales Tax: If your purchase will be shipped to an address in Minnesota and Wisconsin you will be charged the appropriate state and local sales taxes. Orders from all other states do not have Sales Tax charged.
Email Order Details: All order details will be sent to the email address you entered in your account set-up or guest order. If you are not receiving our emails please check your email spam filters.
Customers who Buy Online and Pick Up In-Store
Buy On Line - Pick Up In Store: For your security and protection of the items you purchased, please bring your Photo ID (State Issued Photo ID or Passport) and the Credit Card used to make the purchase, along with your order confirmation email with you to the store. We take extra precaution to ensure all our customers receive the correct merchandise. We will ask you to sign a pick-up receipt at the time of merchandise pickup.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 PM. You can track your shipment by logging into your account or using guest tracking, and click on “Order History.”
In-Store Pick-up: You will be notified by email when your purchase is ready for pick-up. Please pick up your purchase within 5 days. Please contact the store as soon as possible if you are not able to pick up your purchase within 5 days.
International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.
Credit Card Billing Address: If you pay by credit card, we can only ship to the billing address for the card that is used.
Paypal shipping address: We can ship to any paypal confirmed address.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: Please note, We are unable to ship outside the continental US at this time please contact our Customer Service for more information.
Product Guarantee and Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our primary goal! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 10-day money back guarantee (unless the product is noted “As Is” or “For Parts” or “Not Working”) from date of purchase for in-store pick-up orders and 15-day money back guarantee from date of purchase on shipped orders.
What is included? Any accessories pictured with the item are the only accessories included with the product.
Please Note: Customer pays return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed as defective by Pawn America. If your product does not operate properly, or you are returning the product within our return policy, please contact the store the product was shipped from as soon as possible.
