This ratchet is previously owned and it is overall in fair condition. The locking mechanism has been tested and it works. The tool is covered with scratches and small chips. The head has chips, brown spots, and pitting on its sides and edges. The base of the handle and the drive also have brown spots on them. The drive has wear on its corners and edges.
