Features
A 1 TB internal solid-state drive in the M.2 2280 form factor that connects to the host system via a PCI-Express 4.0 x4 interface. It is built around Samsung's Pascal (S4LV008) controller paired with a DRAM cache chip and Samsung's own 236-layer V-NAND V8 (F-Die) TLC NAND flash running at 2400 MT/s. A pseudo-SLC cache sized at 114 GB helps absorb bursts of incoming writes for improved write performance. The drive is rated for sequential read speeds of up to 7,450 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 6,900 MB/s, with random IOPS reaching up to 1,200K for reads and 1,550K for writes.
