This press tool is previously owned and it is overall in fair condition. The tool has been tested and it works. The tool is covered with black blemishes, dirt stains, scratches, and scuff marks from past use. The head has some chips on its end. Like the tool, the batteries, jaws, and cutter have several black marks, dirt stains, and scratches on them. Please note that this tool does not include a charger. See photos for details.
