This impact driver is previously owned and it is overall in fair condition. The impact driver has been tested and it works. The tool is covered with scratches, scuffs, and brown stains from past use. The head also has some blue stains on it. The tip of the tool has white spots and residue on it. The bottom of the battery is heavily scuffed. See photos for details.
