This expander is previously owned and it is overall in fair condition. The tool has been tested and it works. The tool is covered with white spots and has some scratches nad wear on its head from past use. The tip of the tool has black residue and spots on it. The expansion heads have some rust, black spots, and grease residue on them. the batteries are covered with scratches and dirt stains. The case is also covered with scratches and stains.
