Position: Head Coach

Objective: To maximize earning potential while assisting the Assistant Coach and all the other Team Members to achieve their goals.

Duties to include: To interview, select, and train Team Members, schedule work hours, as well as organizing all store functions. Maintain store inventory, controlling distribution of merchandise, materials, and supplies. Maintaining communications with Team Headquarters.

Qualifications: Position requires a friendly, enthusiastic attitude with excellent communications, and customer service skills. High degree of product knowledge, and able to demonstrate proficiency with the Pawn America policies and procedures. Must be organized, professional, consistent, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Job requirements: Minimum of one-year experience with existing pawn or retail store management. Fifty hours per week.

Position: Assistant Coach

Objective: To maximize the stores earning potential while assisting the Head Coach and all other Team Members to achieve their goals.

Duties to include: To interview, select, and train store Team Members, schedule work hours, as well as assisting in organizing store functions. Maintain store inventory control, and maintaining communications with the Head Coach.

Qualifications: Position requires a friendly, enthusiastic attitude with excellent communications, and customer service skills. High degree of product knowledge, and able to demonstrate proficiency with the Pawn America policies and procedures. Must be organized, professional, consistent, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Job requirements: Existing pawn or retail store management. 48-hour workweek.

Position: Sales Team Member

Objective: To maximize the customers experience by giving the best possible service. Always be fair, honest, and loyal to customers as well as fellow Team Members.

Duties would include: Assist customers in meeting their needs, while keeping the stores objectives in mind. Clean and stock retail merchandise. Maintain overall store appearance.

Qualifications: Position requires a friendly enthusiastic attitude with good communications skills. Team members must have ability to handle cash, customer complaints. Team Members must also be dependable, and responsible.

Job Information: Full and Part-time positions available. Starting hourly rates from $8.00-$10.00 plus commission from 1 to 10 percent.

Hourly requirements: Hourly requirements may include the following.

Monday - Friday 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Sunday 11:30 PM to 5:30 PM
